I honestly don't know what I was thinking when I got this thickness. I'm not a crafty person. I don't spend my weekends making fake floral wreaths and gluing googly eyes on mason jars but for some reason I got it up my butt that this project would be good for me. I had this lovely idea to build a cork art wall for my daughter who comes home with new art projects every week and I thought this would be an easy way to display her paintings. Except I didn't account for the fact that this cork board is not at all thick enough to hold a push pin unless you want to tap it into the wall behind it to get the pin to hold. I spent a lot of money on this art project that was not thought out at all. I'll leave the craftiness for the actual crafters. The cork itself is pretty great and looks good hung up but don't think you are going to put a push pin in it. I'll end up tearing it down in a few months when I accept defeat and am tired of looking at my failure every day.

This product is advertised as if it is thick enough for push-pins, but it’s not. Tried to return but UPS Ground was going to cost $76. Manufacturer doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction....

My husband has done woodworking for 50 years. I ordered him this cork for his woodworking projects. He’s used many kinds through the years and said this is the best he’s ever had. That’s a high review from him.
