Received two 8 X 8 blanks 2 weeks ago and they have cracked over that time in my heated shop. They are solid pieces and sized as advertised.Updated: I wrote to the company and received a response in 2 days with a promise to send new pieces. I increased my ranking due to the great customer service response I received.

The ones I got were as hard as stone. I put one on my lathe and got a catch so bad my tool kicked back and broke my nose. 50/50 chance you get two beautiful hardwood blanks. Equal chance you get a set of almost petrified blanks that will be unworkable.
