Your cart is empty.Each kit contains parts for 10 tree taps. Included in each 10 tap kit: 10 each-EZ Sap Sack Holders. These are CNC machined from sch. 40 solid wall PVC water pipe. 10 each- Vinyl caps for the Sack Holders. These keep out debris and precipitation. 10 each- Heavy weight blue 5 mil Sap Sacks. These will hold 3 gallons of sap. 10 each- D&G 5/16" Sap Meister Stainless Steel taps. 20 each- Cable Ties(Bag Clamps) We supply 120 lb industrial strength ties produced from 100% virgin nylon resin. Cheaper ties that contain reground resin can become brittle and snap in cold dry weather. 1 each 5/16" drill bit. Quick Start Guide to Maple Tapping Booklet. Please note the kit does NOT include other necessary tools. You will need a cordless drill to install the taps into your trees, and cutters to trim the cable ties.

This is our second year collecting sap and making maple syrup and I absolutely love this set up. Perfect size taps, safe for the trees and great instructions.

High quality product great instructions I was just shorted one tap. Haven’t had a chance to reach out to the seller since I just got the product. Otherwise awesome!Updated.. changed to 5 stars. I found out weeks later that my missing tap had somehow fallen into my junk drawer when I was looking for something else. So it was all on me for the missing tap!

Great starter kit. Had never sugared before. With this kit alone, in my rookie year, I made 2.2 gallons of delicious maple syrup. The kit comes with complete instructions. Easy and fun!

These are top quality. If you install your tap correctly the pvc hooks on perfectly. Getting lots of sap from red maples in Virginia.

The idea is a good one and the PVc neck makes dumpint the bags very easy! My issue is that the PVc wall is very thick and does not hang on the spile securely -especially if they are at a slight down angle. the tin types can slid in behind the collar on the spile but there is not enough room to get the PVc behind the collar - especially if the bark is real rough. i solved this by using bungee cords to hold the PVc tight to the tree.
