I got these for a craft project and I knew they wouldn't be perfect for the price but they did exactly what I needed them to do. The only problem I had was once you added a key on to one it spaced the ring out and would not go back tightly together so it snags in a pocket if placed in one. For the price they are worth it.

This is proof that the big stores rip us off. I was at one of the big store hardware stores getting some copies of a key made. I needed a few key rings for them. And, of course, my options were limited to prepackaged items wrapped in so much plastic and cardboard. The $1.50 - $3 price tags for less than 5 rings frustrated me enough that I pulled up Amazon to see how legitimate the price was. Aha! I ordered these rings straight away and could not be happier. They are the standard small ring that is what all of us are looking for. They are the sturdy rings we once depended on. And since there are so many in the package, I’ve given them to others, and I’ve used them in the less conventional areas like on my dog’s ID tag on her collar as well as on the ends kitchen items that can be hung rather than shoved in a drawer.
