This unit went into my '09 Tahoe very well. Take blower resistor out of the way for easy view of fan install. Delivered by 8 AM and job complete by 10:20 AM. Can't beat the service from Amazon. Mind the tab. Have a strong thumb ready so when slowly turning counter-clockwise, installing, you thumb the tab down then at the right spot let it drop into place. Test: from 85f. in the shop to 39 degrees in less than 3 minutes inside vehicle, closed. V. Nice! Ben

This motor is the quietest I've ever owned and at 76 I have owned more than a few... Fast ship, easy install, removing and reinstalling the shroud was a bit harder... So guys and gals if your Silverado needs one as mine did this one is the hot ticket... Also I saved about 60% over the local parts stores... Highly recommended...
