interesting product. The wallets are very small but well made. I purchased two, the first for a 10 year old girl in pink and the second for a 12 year old boy in burgundy. I purchase them for my grand kids to use on vacation. Where I received them I was surprise at the size but they could hold paper money well enough so I gave them to my grand kids. They were a big hit and the grand kids loved them. They though the wallets were just the right size and functional. When I asked why they told me l the size was perfect for putting in their front pocket and each believe their money was more secure in the front pocket rather than the back. All in all happy with the wallets but they are still small.

My three year old loves this wallet. It's just like daddy's! It is VERY small, but he's 3 so it fits great in his little pockets. You could never fit a card of any type in it. He got some toys r us gift cards at Christmas that would not fit, but he can fit a few dollars in there and feel like a big boy. We are big on teaching responsible handling of money, so this is great. Great for play as well.

This was a joke. It's big enough for a newborn baby. That is, if newborn babies had their own currency where the bills were less than 1/2 the size of real money, and if all gift cards changed to 1/2 their normal size. No joke, it is LITERALLY smaller than a standard business card! I can't even figure out what someone would put in this wallet, as there is nothing practical that you can use it for. My son is 9, and a 'Mans' wallet is too big. But, this has no practical use whatsoever, unless you want a 'costume' wallet for a cabbage patch kid...

Great wallet, looking at reviews I was hesitant to purchase but the price was right so I took the plunge. The quality is a lot better than I expected, the leather feels and looks good, don't get me wrong it's not coach but they're not advertising that. For The price of a cheap plastic checkbook you get a pretty decent leather wallet.

One of my son's few requests for a birthday gift was a leather wallet. Well, most wallets were out of my price range so I purchased this one. Unbeknownst to me, although it's labeled as a kids wallet, this wallet is *extremely* small. You cannot fit money in it, as the money sticks out of the top of the wallet.If you are purchasing this wallet for *playtime* purposes, then I recommend it. I think monopoly money would fit in here.If you are purchasing this as a functioning wallet for you child, I DO NOT recommend it. Size-wise, it is just not practical to be a functioning wallet. Was it listed in the details that it was this small? Possibly...but I don't remember. I'm not upset about the purchase by any means, as my son does enjoy it, I am simply informing future buyers that this wallet is indeed extremely small. So just a buyer beware, I suppose!

Okay, I'm writing a review because I read a lot of the reviews before I decided to buy this item so hopefully this will help someone else trying to decide whether or not to purchase this item. I was looking for a checkbook holder for our checks that are SIDE TEAR style checks and from the description and pictures it looked like this one would work to be able to insert side tear checks. Well....it does work but not without a little bit of maneuvering. The slot to insert the book of checks is a little too small to just stick them in. You insert the checks by slipping in the last paper flap at the back of the book of checks, right? Well I had to trim to edges of that back paper to make it more narrow so it would fit. Then I had to work harder than I would have liked to get it to slide in all the way so it was in the right place to be able to use the plastic flap (that divides the checks when you're writing a check with the duplicate carbon copy). Anyway, long story short, it works but it just takes a bit of effort to make it work. The leather is fine and really for how cheap the price is I really can't complain. If you want something nicer then you'll have to pay a bit more is all!

These are nice, just like dad's and they fit in your child's jean pocket. I bought one for each of my grandchildren and my grandson lost his. He was so upset by this so I bought him another and in each case he was so happy to have a wallet just like his dad's. Thank you for prompt responsible shipping done in a timely fashion and for helping this little guy be just like his dad.
