The product in this case was very good, light weight and practical. The problem was the shipping, there are two very small screws with nuts and washers that fasten the tape holder to the mud pan holder, instead of packaging the screws, nuts, and washers in something so they could could not be lost they were thrown in the bottom of the box individually. The boxes were not completely sealed on the bottom with tape like they should have been, these small items fall out of the unsealed areas of the boxes and are lost.

This items is a big help. It works for the most part, however when attached to your belt you have to be careful as it can suddenly release off your belt and fall off. I had to zip tie it onto my belt in order for it not to fall off. It was still better to have this than it was not to have it as it is difficult to hold a mud pan when on a large extension ladder attempting to reach a 12 foot ceiling.

It was nice to have a place besides the floor to set your mudpan. Worked nicely. However it has a tendency to slip off my belt to I have to be careful not to move around too much. But I'm much rather have it then not.

A must have to tape in. Cuts taping time in half. Holds mud pan securely. My only complaint is the hooks are riveted on and they broke. I fixed with bolts.

it had one nut and i found a screw on the porch like they just thru these lil nuts and bolts in the box without care. no worries. ill go to lowes and get the rest of the hardware.

Great in theory but not effective. You can't tape and have the mud tray in it at the same time. The piece of the tool that holds the tape in place prevents the mud from being able to set in the tray. Does sit nicely on the belt, but the individual tape dispenser was better by itself. Also, the incredibly tiny screws were loose in the box.

Product look okay but I was astonished by the fact that the tiny little screws to attach the tape holder were simply placed in the big box. I’ve never seen this; normally these are put in a separate plastic bag. I clearly need 2 sets of screws and only 1 survived the transport which is amazing after all because the box had holes in the corners.

Product arrived as described the to screws and nutzs where assembled and taped in place so they were not lost. Very happy so far

Screws were not packaged and lying loose in the box. No instructions. Seems that the bar to hold the tape is not designed properly.. . Seems you cant use the tape and mud pan at the same time?... Turns out the pole to hold the tape is defective... Had to bend the top open a little to make it work.

Packaging was a let down. Screws and washers fell out. Good product, will see how long it lasts
