I highly recommend using a resin trowel over wood alternatives as they provide a better finish and last far longer and are more durable.

Was very impressed with it. I dont like buying tools online everyone knows to look at a tool first to see if warped or bent. This one came perfect and bowed the right way.

I used this to float my shower floor with deck mud. I had to cut the bevel off one end so I could get a flat finish all the way to the wall. Keep in mind this product is for concrete. I modified this so it would work for my application (tile installation). The products available for tile deck mud are generally wood. I looked at the wood ones and all of them were warped.

I put 5 stars because is came flat. Not a taco. Anyone who finishes concrete for a living knows look at the tool before you buy it. It was pristine. The durasoft handle rocks! The wood handle is much lower, I've had many a blister from those bastards. Sucks to break in, as all resins do. They pop rocks. File the edges to avoid. Great product!

Exactly what I needed & came in good shape, creams up hard concrete better than a regular mag.
