These worked much better than expected. They hold a sharp edge as long as you don't overheat them. Once overheated you may as well pitch it. Pleasantly surprised at the quality and function of these drills.

I used these bits for drilling into the mortar between bricks over our fireplace to make holes for nails to hang a heavy picture. I did not measure the bits when they arrived to see if the length was as advertised, but I could have used a slightly longer bit. I am glad I had gotten multiple bits, because they got dull quickly. I used at least 4 to complete the drilling.

Using a hammer drill I drilled three holes 2 in deep in a concrete floor with each drill. The drills didn't break they just got dull and could be resharpened.

I was lucky to get one hole in my stucco & concrete blocks. First drill bit was not straight so I had to throw it away. Second bit was not able to drill more than an inch deep. Luckily I had old drill bits that worked like putting a hole in butter.Guess: cheap = worthless

These drill bits were the perfect length (4.5 inch) for my concrete screws and easily drilled holes into concrete. Most other drill bits I purchased were too short
