This chair is so comfy, soft but firm seat. Feels like suede. I almost did not buy this particular chair because some had issues with arm rests. We'll the screws need to be positioned just right when screwing it into the chair and give it a little pressure because of the amount of padding, you gotta push harder while turning to get it secure.The hydraulic lift is perfect. And the recline and lock paddle is perfect. It allows you to recline at diffrent levels. For my 5'5 stature the foot rest is just at the ankle and calves, the correct position for me to be comfortable.My first words when I first sat down was Damit.. this chair is so comfortable it's dangerous.Buy it, if you're looking for a chair you don't want to get out of. Lol

3 stars because it is easy to assemble and comfortable. However, it is wobbly and does not seem to have another way of tightening it to fix it. Also, the “massagers†are just large vibrators in the back. Color is more of an off white than a solid white like I would’ve preferred.

It’s okay to sit in, not the best!I’m on day 2 of using it. The arm rest bolt is wanting to strip from reclining back.Massager has stopped working.

The chair is beautiful and it appears pretty easy to assemble. I had an issue with a screw coming loose but reached out to support. They were very helpful and prompt. It was professionally assembled but it seems that it may not last very long if I'm not super careful. It squeaks a lot. I don't use the reclining feature often because it seems low quality. I wanted a good looking and comfortable office chair but I should have spent more money for better quality. Also, I have an adjustable standing desk and this chair barely puts me at a comfortable height when the desk is at its lowest level. I didn't want to return it after assembling so I'm dealing with it as long as I can.
