I picked up a Master’s Touch Art Supply Box to replace an old Grumbacher box originally purchased several decades ago. In short, this product would still be a fair deal at twice the asking price. It's sturdily made of well-chosen properly joined woods and is large enough to store thirty or more 40ml paint tubes and all necessary media, solvents, and brushes. The provided wood-look palette is a weakness, but enormous thumb hole palettes have been out of use since Cro-Magnons walked the planet so that's not an issue.

After decades of use, my faithful old paint box finally gave out when the lid cracked almost in two right at the hinges. (I can still use the bottom portion to hold misc. supplies.) The search was on for replacement. What drew me to this one was the double tray. It's just the extra space I needed for my many brushes, tubes of paint, and other supplies, without being that much bigger. It's well constructed and should last many years and is an affordable price. Because it's bigger, it is heavier than my old one, so I'll see how easy it is to tote along with an easel and other equipment when painting outdoors. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Arrived with deep scratches on the back cover, but HL did honor the return. Replacements are perfect for storing Dominion cards after removing the art supply trays and installing Broken Token Euro card inserts. Hardware works well. I hope these are durable for travel and won't scratch table surfaces, wish these had felt feet. I'll add those to protect the table.

This product was packed like it's going to the moon. Outstanding packing,this box would service all but the harshest abused. I give them 5 stars. The art box seems well made and bigger than i thought which is a plus. I give the box 5 🤩

If you're looking for a finished product this probably isn't it. I actually do love this little box but it needed some work as I didn't want splinters.I ended up going over it with 320 grit sandpaper inside and out and followed up with a few coats of oil.I didn't have a need for the shallow tray so I got 2 extra sticks (not included) for dividers so the tray isn't pictured here. Also, the hardware doesn't come black. I just painted them.The pallete is mdf.The pallete tray has enough room to fit up to a 10"x14" canvas pad. I have 2 in mine. Haven't tried to fit a 3rd.Weatherstripping foam not included. Just didn't want my brushes pressing their bristles on the sides during travel as I bought this for road trips and general storage.

After exhausting all art supply boxes everywhere online, I gave up hope to find this size, this level of quality, organization without complication, and this affordable price. This box even comes with sturdy provision on the sides to add a shoulder strap for easier carrying. I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Hobby Lobby!!

The box is ok for the price. It’s large and can hold my brushes and oil colors with no problem. I gave it a low rating because the hardware is really flimsy. It was also bent and I had to align the clasps in order for them to lock properly. I might just look for a better latching system and replace the super cheap one it comes with. I almost returned it but decided to give it a try.
