The extra cable length allows this lock to wrap through a full face helmet and also other items, like another helmet or the arm of a jacket. The push-lock feature is the main thing that really makes it better than others, which make you try to lock up with the key still in place. This much easier to use.

Perfect to deter an opportunistic thief. Not necessarily theft-proof. But then, nothing really is. I don't think anyone would break this to steal a used helmet and now I don't have to carry it around with me. The weight is just right for its function.

I liked this helmet lock much better because it made locking my helmet more secure. Just often struggle a bit using the key to open and close the lock. Other than that, I like it.
