I bought this in October, put it together in December, by myself as a 5'6 female and had NO PROBLEMS! The instructions were clear and concise, the parts fit perfect and I have essentially LIVED in this canopy tent since I put it up. It's been my saving grace for relaxation and just enjoying the outside. Until... last month I had a tornado rip through my backyard. It picked it up and threw it into my house. I was unable to assess the damage until tonight, March. I have no idea how to fix it. Pieces are bent and broke and I have cried so hard. I have no idea how to order replacement parts. The canopy top itself is perfectly intact. The metal bars and two of the legs however, have met their match. I am absolutely devastated because I have RAVED about this product, but I cannot afford to buy another one, as this was what I had worked MONTHS of overtime to be able to afford. I cannot find a way to get in contact with anyone to see if I can buy replacement parts of the frame, because again the canopy top remained PERFECT!! I cannot speak enough good about this canopy, but I am beyond devastated that I cannot fix this myself. It just doesn't make sense for it to be a total loss when the canopy itself is in PERFECT condition!

Overall this was a good product. The assembly instructions were relatively easy to follow, and the finished product was a good quality. We were also pleased at how easy it was to take the tent portion down at the end of the season. About the only thing we hadn’t been anticipating was the loss of color due to sunlight on the exterior. it did a good job of providing shade and cover from the rain however, so it clearly did its job.

I purchased this a year ago. Super easy to put up and was a great spot on my deck to hang out bug and and sun free. Unfortunately it did not hold up to the New England winter and collapsed early spring after a windstorm. I had it secured well to the deck, the metal actually bent and collapsed. I looked into purchasing a heavier, more sturdy model but this would require reinforcement of my old deck, much more difficult transport and assembly, and quite a bit more expense. I decided for ~$200, this model is worth the price even if it doesn’t hold up so I bought it again. I put it in a less windy location this time and plan to take it down for the winter so hopefully we’ll get a few years out of it this time.

I PURCHASED THIS GAZEBO, PAID TO HAVE ITT PUT UP. REQUESTED THEY USE LONGER SCREWS TO BRACE IT. i ALSO BOUGHT A GAZEBO COVER FROM AMAZON,1 MONTH LATER WE HAD A WIND AND THE GAZEBO SNAPPED AND FELL DOWN LIKE A BUNCH OF PICK UP STICKS. IT JUST FELL DOWN. I PAID OVER $600. FOR BOTH ITEMS. MY INSURANCE WAS A $1000. DEDUCTABLE. i DID TAKE A VIDEO OF THE NIGHT WHEN THE WIND KNOCKED IT DOWN. i DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET THE VIDEO ON THIS SIGHT, i WOULD LIKE TO THINK THAT THIS COMPANY WILL RETURN MY MONEY IT HAS ONLY BEEN A MONTH SINCE IT WAS STANDING NOT LONG AT ALL

mine has a brown top. the gazebo was easy to set up/install with 2 people. it didn;t take as long as the instructions say. i am handy though.the downside is that the top piece does not have velcro so the meshing will not stay in place and the squirrels did a number on the meshing. the way the main support bar for the meshing makes it difficult to use the hangers and open the meshing up. fortunately this only affects us on one side as the other three sides do not have access. just a design flaw to work around.otherwise, it does what it is supposed to do. mine is attached to a wood deck. so it won;t blow during a storm. i would never put up one of these gazebos or any other lightweight gazebo on soil for that reason.

Love this canopy! The quality is great! It's very stable and water resistant. Its easy to put together. Have used this canopy for so many get togethers.Absolutely love it and highly recommend!

We ordered this tent as a way to sit outside without being chewed on by mosquitoes and it works great! It was easy to assemble—thanks hubby! It took him about an hour and 30 minutes to build. We’ve placed a tall fan nearby to keep us cool in this Texas heat. It’s constructed so well. The zippers are strong and durable and the netted fabric is woven well. We’re so excited to spend the 4th outside today! It looks great on the deck too.

We absolutely love this 8x8 gazebo. We weren’t sure how it would fit our patio furniture but it’s perfect and we spend our mornings out here with our kids. We even got to enjoy a rainy day and kept dry. I love the netting and that it zippers all around since it is a tight space for us. I hope the top lasts for a while as we do live in Arizona and things get weathered quickly here so I will update this review after the next summer.Super easy to build and it went up quick. It’s perfect for what we wanted

Update:After filing a complaint and providing evidence that the item broke due to its weak structure and the fact it rusted at the welds, the company have sent me a full replacement.The gazebo lasted just over 6 months. Bought and set up the gazebo in August 2022 as per the instructions and fixed it to the patio using provided screws, the first issue I had was the cover got ripped just after a few months, I contacted the company and they have sent a replacement, didn't even get to fit it in and the whole gazebo collapsed, the welds broke and the frame is all damaged, I contacted them and they promised to provide a replacement parts, so I took it all apart and made note of what parts were damaged, once I sent them the list they have came back saying they can offer me a 5% discount on a new gazebo. Wasted my time taking it all apart for them to say that after they offered to replace it. I reminded them that they offered to replace the damaged parts and they said that they can now sell me the new gazebo for £80. Still not good enough, I do not need a whole new gazebo.
