This fit perfectly. Our old canopy had tore in two spots. This new replacement Was very easy to put on and looks great! The price was the best we found also. The fabric is water resistant and doesn’t leak. Color we chose was navy, it matches better with our outdoor furniture than the old one.

I opened this navy canopy up as soon as I got it and was really happy with the quality of the material. When we put it up it would not fit because it was too big :( I had to send it back and was super bummed because the color was exactly what I was looking for. So pay attention to the dimensions and what specific model it goes to. It isn't quite 10x12 but actually a bit bigger.

We've had to replace these every two to three years. This year I got the riplock whatever it's called. It arrived in a timely fashion. It did fit, but wow, was it a challenge to get on. I watched videos and look up tricks and suggestions, but it required two strong men and a lot of patience. I noticed wear the fabric will most likely tear due to the stress of being stretched. Wear gloves, my finger tips went numb for a few days from pulling and gripping.

I bought another brand advertised to fitmy 10x12 Lowes frame. I saved 10 bucks but was 1 1/2 inches short. I returned it and ordered this one. This gazebo cover fit perfectly and it seems stronger than the last one.The one disappointment is that the small vent cover on top seems slightly smaller than last one..it allows some rain through--the reason for only 4 stars

Canopy looked amazing at the beginning of the summer. Beautiful bold blue. One season and it’s completely faded, zero color. Bland grey and tired looking. All four corners have ripped their seams. Will need new one for next year but it certainly won’t be this one!

This is the first cover I have bought from this vendor. After installing found that the top center canopy didn't fit correctly. When it rains water comes in around the edges and runs down the supports. It may be a glitch as I bought one for my sister-in-law as well and it doesn't leak at all.

Liked this one because of all the aftermarket models we've seen for this gazebo, this Amazon listing seemed to be the only one to offer the two-tone colour which we wanted.I've seen complaints about installing it but I found this one was easier to install than the original top. Sure that last corner is a bit tight, but not so tight that it's impossible to put on. The tool and the extra fabric hook on the corner made it easy.I was worried it was going to look cheap since the material is different than the original but it doesn't look cheap at all.Fingers crossed we get some longevity out of it.

We will see if it was worth it.For the price, this is a good buy for a replacement assuming it will last 2 to 3 yearsColour is good. Immediately out of the box, we noticed the red flags: the material felt cheap and thin. For the hell of it, we decided to give it a try on the gazebo frame but just as we suspected, it doesn't fit! Not even close.6 inches too short and the seams don't lime up with the frame.We have the Allen + Roth 12x10 gazebo from Lowe's, so this is obviously not a case of buyer error. Trust me on this, do not waste your time and money! Keep scrolling for another option!
