Since 1850, MasterClass has been trusted for its reliable, durable and innovative products. This ring cake tin is no exception. Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this cake pan is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the cake pan for better adhesion. The distinctive ring shaped design makes it a very versatile piece of baking equipment. It’s designed as a savarin tin, to make deliciously decadent, syrup-soaked cakes, but you also use it to make attractive moulded mousses, or fun pinata cakes. Like all of MasterClass’s core cake tins, it is 100% PFOA, PTFE and BPA free, and is dishwasher, fridge and freezer safe.
