Bought the 2 pack white/grey and they are completely different textures. White one is fine, very smooth. They both look nice, but the grey one feels like rough cement. I shudder when I have to touch it.

I was looking for a toothbrush holder so that I could keep it easier to get from the countertop. This matched the colors in my bathroom and it definitely quickly absorbs any water that gets on it. I really like it and think it’s a great toothbrush holder.

Super simple toothbrush holder but I love the way it looks in my bathroom. I have dozens of plants in my bathroom with wooden fixtures, shelving, and wooden framed mirror. The flat black and wood appearance looks great and adds to the overall feeling of the room. I like my bathroom to feel comfortable. Sturdy construction. Definitely recommend.

The Matani Bamboo Toothbrush Holder, with its sleek design and promise of a dry, tidy bathroom counter, initially seemed like the perfect addition to my daily routine. The stone cup part of this holder is a marvel – it soaks up water effectively, ensuring my toothbrushes remain dry and hygienic. Aesthetically, it's a piece of art, adding a touch of elegance to my bathroom.However, every rose has its thorn, and in this case, the thorn is the bamboo bottom of the holder. Despite its beautiful appearance, I quickly noticed a problem: mold. The bamboo, while chic, seems to attract and retain moisture, leading to unsightly and stubborn black spots. I've tried various methods to combat this mold, but it's like trying to solve a puzzle with missing pieces – frustrating and ultimately, unsuccessful.To adapt, I've resorted to using just the stone part of the holder, pairing it with another diatomaceous earth stone pallet. This makeshift solution works, but it's like putting a band-aid on a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place.If the seller is open to feedback, I'd suggest a redesign: replace the bamboo bottom with the same stone used in the cup. This would maintain the holder's functionality without compromising its aesthetic appeal.Overall, I give the Matani Bamboo Toothbrush Holder a 3.5 out of 5 stars. It's a case of beauty meeting a practical challenge. The product does most of what it promises – it's pretty and keeps things dry where it counts – but falls short in its battle against bathroom mold.

I was under the impression that this product would have holes at the bottom for drainage however I received a defective item as there are no holes that allow for drainage.
