Despite the shallow-seeming angle, everything is constructed so that there is plenty of clearance when flipping pancakes, or similar, on a griddle. It's sturdy enough to manage heavier items (i.e. hamburgers).My only dislike is the fact that the factory did not remove the sharp flashings from the molding process. If I could, I'd take half a star off for that negligence.As others have done, I became interested in this because of an America's Test Kitchen review. I purchased it only after reading Amazon reviews because ATK is not faultless.

This spatula works great. Thin enough to get under eggs and Brussel sprouts and strong enough to pull up burgers. Well worth buying.

I was looking for a non-scratch spatula for use with Calphalon pans. This one, recommeded by America's Test Kitchen, is light weight and a nice shape for multiple uses. Flips and lifts multiple types of items with ease. I am ordering more for family. One drawback: when using to brown meat, (not even medium-high temperature) the tip melted slightly and is now roughened. This spatula is billed as HighTemperature.

This is the perfect spatula for almost everything. I’ve had one for years which still looks brand new and I use it daily. Because I use it so much there’s always a dirty one in the dishwasher so I ordered a second one. The second one was the same quality. There are several imitation spatulas, which look like this on Amazon, but they are not good spatulas. They don’t have the same stiffness/flexibility and they melt. This one does not. Perfect spatula.

I absolutely love this product! My only complaint would be that where you need it to be flat it is not. However it is only by a small amount. It's just almost perfect! It's stiff yet flexible. And thin enough. I received my product in a timely manner. It was in good shape when I received it.

I bought this for my foodie son-in-law as it was recommended by America's Test Kitchen. He wasn't that impressed. Not sure it was worth the price.

Forget the floppy cheap spatulas, these are the real thing. Food can easily be chopped as they are more rugid with a nice cutting edge, they are also heat resistant. I never buy any other type. The chef in your house would love one of these ðŸ‘ðŸ»
