Literally have only had these a month and one day and one has already break. They just don’t make products like they used too. Such an expensive product for cheap material

Ordered over a month ago and only recieved half of the split box spring, box 2/2. Box 1/2 appeared to be lost. Ordered a replacement and had to wait another 2+ weeks for it to arrive to once again only recieve half of the order. Together it makes the full set but because it's a replacement and I'm supposed to return the original. After several calls to customer service I hope the issue has been resolved. In the questions manufacture states it is a two piece set.The set seems nice and supportive and fit up the tight stairwell which is exactly what we needed. It's just been a hassle to get.
