My husband bought it for himself and likes the way you can pull forward and backward. It fits well and seems sturdy enough for him to use in the gym. I have used it as well and like it, comfortable and doesn't cut anywhere. We'll see how well it holds up over time.

Works great for pulling my portable ice house and pulling deer out of the woods sturdy kinda pricey but doesn't seem like I'll have to buy another one ever so worth it cheap harnesses suck

Very well constructed. I use it for working my lower back on a Universal Machine without compressing my spine, due to an SCI. Can do good mornings and twists comfortably.

I like the fact that this is padded, and the width of the harness spreads the load. Very comfortable to use and great value. I bought two.

Great harness I use it to pull a semi tire down the street. This harness feels comfortable to workout in and made to be very durable.

I got this for my kids--one plays football and the other plays baseball. We (I use it also) attach a chain to it and pull in the street in front of the house. It doesn't take long to wind you, and the leg (strength) benefits are definitely there.
