I like that the Maxell CD-R Discs 700MB/80min 48x Spindle Silver 50/Pack MAX648250 discs have lines on them for writing what's on your disc. The lines and brand name are subdued and don't detract from the look. The discs burned perfectly and sound fine. $14.80 for 50 discs on March 16, 2024.

I got these because, a couple weeks prior I had gotten the rewritable disks and they didn't work in my car... so I got these hoping they would, and they do... so yay! They're great.. they fit allot of music on them... especially if you change the settings to have 1 second pause between songs, or no pause at all... :) also being able to write on the disk is nice. I wrote notes on them to remember which tracks are my favorite. ^_^

We bought these to make Christmas decorations and not to record stuff with. So I can't tell you how they work for that. I can only tell you that these make great stained glass ornaments for Christmas or any time of year for your ornamentation. So food for thought and everything can be used for something else.

These are great cd's, I have never had a bad one in the whole container, which I have bought several of. When you get great results with a certain brand, you stick with it. The price is great on these to. I see lower priced ones, but not a name I know, so I will stick with what works for me! I have music on these cd's that are very old and they still play great every time. I used to make back-ups copies , don't have to do that with the Maxell, I fully trust they will work each and every time.

CD-Rs these days are a mixed bag, especially if you're planning on using them with retro consoles like the Sega Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, or Sony Playstation. Maxell is one of the few brands that still produce quality CD-Rs: out of about 25 burns, I've had exactly one bad one. These discs are great if you plan on using them with a Dreamcast or Saturn, as mine were able to read the discs without any trouble. They should also work fine for music.

Bought these CDs because my local stores have them too pricey. Now I can burn many CDs to use my vehicles factory CD player and the quality of the sound is way better than my makeshift AUX port that taps into the Cassette wiring.

These are great, reliable and what I always order. Never had a dud in the batch. I have yet to find good slim cases in bulk to put the CD's in. Got a set from Memorex here on Amazon, expecting the same quality but they are cheap and flimsy. So that is the only drawback to buying these loose, is finding what you want to put them in. Very happy otherwise​.

I’ve been buying the Maxell CD’s for a long time and am happy with the quality. Usually I buy a 100 stack but this time I noticed the 100 stack was $10 more than two 50’s from this seller. Just be wary of the pricing I guess.

Used this with an iTunes playlist; doesn't seem to hold exactly 80 minutes as the Maxell CD-R PRO disks did. Other than that no problems burning at 4x speed. A cranky old cd player will play this disk, which was my real test of quality.
