We just remodeled our kitchen and a little cabinet near the breakfast table is called the toaster hutch. The plan was for it to look like furniture-like a hutch, and that the toaster would ALWAYS be plugged in as my husband LOVES his toast and we have a vintage toaster from the 50s that we love. As the kitchen was planned I didn't realize this would be an issue, but they put the outlet right in the middle of the back of this hutch area. White cabinet, white back, white outlet. Then we plug in our vintage toaster with brown cord and I just hated the way it looked. (Why didn't we put the outlet down low by the countertop?) I got the idea of a very short extension cord, white, flat plug, to just sort of blend in. Much cheaper than moving the outlet or adding another outlet. I ordered a cord on amazon that said it was a 12" cord. It was 12" in overall length (the cord part was 6") and way too short. I returned it and ordered another which said it was 18". However, the cord by itself was 22" and it was nearly 26" overall. It worked, but it left too much cord piled up behind the toaster. Also, it was an angled flat plug, but it angled in the WRONG direction for my needs. It was better, but not very good. Then VIOLA! I found this cord and it said in the description what the actual cord measurement was. It sounded like it would work and the price was very comparable to the other cords I had tried. I LOVE it that the flat plug can rotate so it can go in any direction. It is a hefty enough cord to easily accommodate the electrical needs of the toaster. I realize you're not supposed to remove the tag, sorry. The length is terrific. Another thing I like is the cord itself is flat, not round. I realize most people will use these cords behind furniture or appliances but I love how it meets the needs of our particular situation. Not too big, not too small, JUST RIGHT! (See my before and after pics---You'll agree!)

This is the second one that I purchased just this week. The first one had been used for a few years. The 'thin-enough' head and its 360-degree swivel ability are the best, useful features for me. Being UL certified is also important. There are three lug-in sockets available at the end of this 3-ft cord. The material and construction of the product seems very good and will last. The price is fair for the usefulness and quality of the product. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a good extension cord, esp. in those situation where you have limited space (dimensions) in all directions.

Great product, i like that it rotates so the cord doesn't get bent!However, unfortunately after about 6 months, it just stopped working. I emailed the company, and they responded in less than 12 hours saying they would absolutely offer a replacement and asked for my address. Excellent customer service!

I got a few of these in 1ft because it's the perfect size to go from outlet to floor. It's absolutely wonderful to be able to rotate these to fit the socket layout. You could easily use two side-by side, which I find is not possible with some rotating plugs due to size.

so i bought this so i can use the plug behind my couch without it sticking out too much, works great, the plug sticks out about an inch from the wall when plugged in, but the cord comes out the side of it so its not bumping into anything so i can push my couch directly up against it, the plug also rotates so you can angle the wire coming out of it in any direction you want. the only downside is that i was hoping for a solid round cable, but it is a 3 cable flat type of cable which makes mounting it to a wall a little more difficult.

Gave me much more options, since the Padsplit room I'm in has very limited outlets. This is a sturdy, powerful extension cord that can power a dorm fridge, plug in my e-bike charger, and my cell phone charger. Long enough to run the wall and not get in the way! Love it!

I paired these cables with an ultra flat power strip and that stands at 1.5". Thats very flat! The rotating plug is high quality, and has a nice smooth resistance as you turn it, then it stays in place. The plug side is a very thin 1", with 3 AC outlets. I'm using this in a small space so I appreciate the flexibility the 1 foot cord, and the rotating head provides. These are really nice to have. And I believe the quality is such that I will have these for years to come. A good value! Solid and safe.
