I received this item after a week or so of ordering it. I tried to cut some tree branches and found this item is very good and sturdy. Though we feel it a bit heavy after a prolong use but we do not use it very often at all. So since we are only using couple of times a year it is worth it. Ideal for home use.

Cut good at first but after 2nd day of trimming trees . It seized . Waste of money

The chain will occasionally fall off and I can’t determine why. It does not extend as long as I thought but that is more my fault. I do like that it is lightweight. It is good for small yard trimming needs.

I bought this corded tree trimmer because two trees on a slope in my backyard were spreading too much, and some of the branches were too high to prune with a step ladder. The pruner is just what I needed. The pole is sturdy even when extended its full length. The chain saw motor was easy to attach to the pole. My only complaint is that neither the description on Amazon nor the manual gave the specs for a replacement chain. The manual says the included chain is Oregon 8" 91P033X but that number does not match any chain on the Oregon website, and it is not clear whether it is a .043 or .050 chain.
