I ordered two these cooler for customers' pickup. Shipping is fast and both units were well packed. The product is excellent. It's identical to the other brand cooler but only one-third of the brand's price.Update: almost one year and the cooler is still running very well. My turbo Air was broken down after one year

Straight out of the box, the unit would not cool. Company said they are sending a replacement...waiting to see.
