This has to be one of my best automotive purchases! I bought it to use when I'm running my flag pole behind my car and, for me, it has worked perfectly. While using this and running my flag, I have noticed a significant reduction in vibration noises and side to side sway. With it standing up to the forces of a flag flying behind my car while I'm driving, I would have to say that this is a very sturdy product that will last me years to come! I'll give it an 8.9/10 value for money and overall recommendation score!

Keeps my new hitch from rattling and having movement. Perfect, just wish the person that installed the hitch would have installed this as well. My son is the one who said I needed this and ordered it and put it on for me.

Works exactly as intended. I almost opted for a cheaper alternative but after reading some reviews found that the quality of the u-bolt on the cheaper hitch tighteners were poor and they would bend.Given that this hitch tightener works for both 1-1/4" (which I have) and 2" receivers I had concerns that the u-bolt might lose integrity over time because it does bend inwards slightly when fully tightened.Ive installed and removed the hitch tightener 4 times now and everything is holding up perfectly.I used the hitch tightener to secure my 2 bike carrier and it eliminated all of the swaying I used to have. For just under $20 it was well worth it for peace of mind while on the road and transporting my bikes.Definitely recommended.
