These are very durable and relatively inexpensive. They are dishwasher safe and fit wide neck bottles. They work well with my spectra units.

I love these with how they are separate from the flange part themselves. It makes storing them a lot easier since they’re not as bulky.

Maymom adapter initially APPEARS to fit Mila's Keeper wide neck glass storage bottles but it's DECEIVING - the issue is that it untwists with ZERO resistance, as though it never screwed all the way down even though it is screwed alllll the way down (even tried removing the silicone bottle sleeve). However, good news, Idaho Jones, Nenesupply, and Pumpmom adapters/connectors all screwed into Mila's Keeper securely (esp Pumpmom was really snug) and would allow you to use a flange of your choice and still pump directly into the storage bottle.

I bought these for my spectra s1 pump cause the flanges that came with this pump didn't fit me well. I was getting worried that I wouldn't be able to use this pump till I found these connectors. It saved me way more money on buying other flange kits, and allowed me to use My medela flanges with the spectra pump. The only issue I do have with it is it seems to unscrew easily from both the spectra and avent natural bottles if bumped the right way. Just be aware and double check before moving or pumping. I'm very happy with this purchase and will order more as needed in the future!

I didn’t know how much flange size is important. I was using regular size 25mm that comes with the Lansinoh breast pump and I was measured 19mm and recommended in the breastfeeding group by the breastfeeding specialist then I ordered this flange and using right size making more milk to come out.

There is an extra layer of plastic around the connector which creates a small crease you have to clean which is so annoying, it’s not in the pictures, false advertising, I just want a flange that doesn’t have that pointless extra crack to get milk stuck in.

Je regrette le manque de transparence de la description car il n'est pas dit clairement le modèle qui correspond aux téterelles. Ainsi je les ai acheté et elle ne convenait pas à mon tire lait j'ai dû les renvoyer. Je suis donc assez déçue car il est difficile de trouver des 19mm de diamètre
