This was a fantastic deal and works great with my Nikon Z7II. I would recommend it to anyone who want the extra battery for longer shoots plus the portrait mode controls to make it easier to take shots.

Why pay $400 for an authentic Nikon MB-N11 when you can purchase an aftermarket battery grip for $90. That is a question only you can answer. If the prices were somewhat close, I would opt for the Nikon brand especially because it would increase the resale value of the camera. But, with the extreme price disparity between the two, this $90 option is something to seriously consider.It holds two EN-El15C batteries (also available from aftermarket vendors) and greatly extends the battery life of the camera, not to mention the way more secure grip you will have on your Z6II or Z7II camera bodies. I installed it on my Z7II and it has made a world of difference with how secure the camera feels in your hand and I have had no issues with it so far.It may not have quite the fit and finish of Nikon's MB-N11 but it has performed without incident and you can't ignore the huge savings in price.

I have used battery grips on almost all of my cameras for close to 15 years now. They always make the camera feel better in the hand and vertical shooting more easily.This grip feels really solid in the hand and has some weight to it even without batteries. all the controls feel solid and click nicely. Installation and use on the camera was quick and simple.This is a great alternative to the Nikon branded version, but I do find that there are many more on the market that are half the price of this one.Overall, this is a great product and does come in handy, but I do believe the price is a bit high.

This is great for using while long shooting. If you shoot video, this is great because you can do a hot swap on the battery since there is a back up slot.
