I was skeptical on buying a picture frame through the mail, afraid that the glass would be broken. When I received it the packaging was extremely good and the quality of the picture frame was superb. Highly recommend this company for its frames, I will buy again

UPDATE: I revived a new frame and it’s perfect!My frame came broken, no broken shipping box just the frame. I’m under the impression they are sending a replacement so I will update review when it comes!

Good point: Mine arrived intact. Packaging was good.Bad point: The cardboard backing was too tight to put it back to the frame, even with all the metal pieces completely up. Finally I had to cut out the backing a little around a few of the metals. While doing so, my poster got a little damaged. And I also noticed that one corner of the frame had some poor finish.In conclusion, I wouldn’t rate it a good quality. Okay to hang a cheap poster.
