Ordered this and came just sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard, arrived bent, dented and in horrible condition. Ordered another one and arrived the same way. Your chances of getting a prestine piece I believe is slim to none

I like this decorative metal. It's easy to cut and is nice quality. I used it to cover a cold air return in our stairway. The only thing I didn't like is that it was sent in a flattened card board box and was bent at each of the bends of the card board box. Luckily the piece I needed was small, so I cut around the creases.

Love the product, but the packaging does NOT work. We ordered a sheet and returned it because the corners were badly dented and there were creases in the middle. Amazon replaced it... with one with different creases and dings!!Both times, this large sheet of metal was packaged sandwiched between 2 sheets of cardboard. No corner protectors or bubble wrap.Now we'll be ordering a SECOND sheet so we can get enough undamaged area for our project.

Used this on a home wood shop built radiator cover for our son's old house. It worked very well and is really good looking.

The packaging for shipment was perfect and there was no damage due to shipping. The problem I had was the sheet had creases in it as if it had been folded in multiple places. We tried to smooth out the creases but it still appeared dimpled. I wanted a perfectly flat sheet to use for a project, and that's not how it arrived and is absolutely not due to damage in shipping. Two of the corners were creased as well. I would not risk ordering this again. I sent it back for a refund. I have no faith that another sheet would be in any different condition. The color and design of the product is perfect but unless I could purchase it in person, I would not buy this item.

Might have worked but will never know. Ordered two. One container arrived open with a severely warped sheet. Second was bubble wrapped with tape but the tape pulled the finish off. Either was a waste of time and utterly useless.

The stuff available locally was way more expensive and not as nice to look at! I used this as a decorative grate in front of an old radiator my carpenter was doing a built in cover for.

We ordered 2 of these decorative sheets. The first arrived within a couple days after ordering and it was in usuable shape. The second sheet arrived many, many days later (delaying our reno project). It arrived warped, bent to about 60% unusable.The product itself is lovely. Beautiful colour and just the right amount of cutout detail. I would love to recommend but can't due to the warehouse storage/delivery rendering the product severely damaged when received. But we need to get on with our project.

We did not get the item we ordered as it was replaced with another similar product.Our order was for one sheet of the indicated item and instead we received 3 sheets of a different colour.We feel the different colour works for us so we did not return the product as it works out to roughly the same dollar value.Our only complaint is we felt there should have been a note in the box or in some form to advise of the substitution.

I ordered two of these panels in two separate shipments and both were dented and creased when they arrived. I was able to use pieces cut out of them but the balance of the sheets were unusable and ended up in the recycling bin! Product itself is excellent but more care is in order in the shipping department.
