The M-D Flat-design Aluminum and Vinyl Screw-on Commercial Top and Sides Door Seal Kit protects against drafts, moisture, dust and insects. Save on energy by sealing the top and sides of your door and keeping the heat or air conditioning from escaping. This kit comes with three pieces, two 84" pieces for the vertical sides of the door frame, and one 72" piece for the top of the door frame. All of the hardware needed to install is included. Before installation, cut to desired length using a hacksaw and be sure the vinyl bulb is compressed against the door to create a proper seal. Simply screw the three pieces into the door frame.

I cut this down with offset tin snips. Had to make some relief cuts. But it’s aluminum so it wasn’t bad. (A grinder or saw will make heat and the paint will come off) One review mentions paint coming off after taping, when I painted my interior trim the tape did not pull any paint off. For the price this was a easy fix for covering up the old gold threshold. Glue and a few rivets to secure it.9-16-20 Almost two years and still holding up great. Had some painter paint the house. They put a ton of tape all over the metal. No paint came off. Again, don’t cut it with a tool that creates heat. I prob won’t update this again. Just thought about it when they put tape all over it.

Needed extra deep threshold to protect wood shed exposed floor beyond a recessed rollup door. My only issues is the brown finish does not seem very durable at all. Otherwise plenty stiff for my purposes. No screw holes so glued down.

The piece works perfect for what it was bought for. However, it was not wrapped at all and has scraps and dings on it. Very disappointed it wasn't wrapped to protect it.

The metal was as described. Seems sturdy enough. The packaging, or lack of, is worthless. It has scratches that penetrate the brown coating. It’s not bent so it must be tough! A little cardboard around it would have prevented damage. If I didn’t need it quickly for a project, I’d be asking for a replacement.

Good for under door or window sill cut to fit, ordered 4 they shipped in 4 boxes you could put over 10 in one box what a waste in shipping cost

Just received these. They were not wrapped in a box, clear wrapping, paper, or anything. We bought several and they weren't even banded together. Just loose like we bought them from the store and brought them home. So yes, they were scratched. Unbelievable and unacceptable.
