The quality is decent for what you pay. I used it the item to measure the dimensions of my yard to determine vegetable growing spacing and it worked quite nicely. As long as you don't use it in rough terrain, it should last a while and provide accurate results.

I’ve measured a few traffic collisions with this bad boy. You get a clear view at the numbers but maybe bigger numbers would be better so you don’t have to bring the roller closer to you to see the numbers if you’re a bit on the blind side specially at nights and you have to depend on your flashlight as well.It’s accurate, the size it’s good but would be good if the rod was a bit more longer for us taller guys. The rod is expandable but I feel that it does not adjust too well and could result in the rod collapsing while measuring. So far I’ve had no problems. It’s well made and the value for the money was great since it comes with a level and tape measured as well. Durability is good and it’s silent no noise while from the dials while measuring.

Out of the box, the reset button in the handle never worked. The wheel counted well, and the reset button on the wheel itself worked so I figured I would live with it. But now using the measuring wheel for the second time, it stopped counting midway through a measurement. I would estimate that I measured 1500 feet in total with the device before it failed. Quality control is clearing lacking
