Thin slicing perfection at such a reasonable price. Easy to handle & to clean, not too heavy.

I am not sure if I received the correct product. The slicer was described as having a 340 watt motor and the owners manual indicated a 270 watt motor. The manual was written poorly and hard to understand. I started the return process but decided to keep it. The cuts were consistent. I had to locate an online video of a different product to figure out how to clean it (another manual issue). The price was the main reason I kept the slicer.

It works really well. Very sharp! Easy to use and clean. It is a little big and takes up counter space but it works really well for every job I have used it for. From paper thin slices to bigger cuts.

Poor quality. Hard to clean. No room on back side. Cheese breaks. Blade cover won’t come off. Sharpener won’t work. Thickness knob sloppy. Instructions are written in Chinesenglish. All around Chinese reverse engineered quality. It’s going back.

Overall I give this one a 4 out of 5. Any 10" slicer will far outperform slicers of smaller size and slower speeds, however you will find the materials are not really the best, the adjustments a bit loose, and the overall ease of cleaning to be only in the fair category. It is comparable to other slicers in its price range. You should expect to get what you pay for when it comes to commercial STYLE meat slicers, as they all are generally built in the same place by the same people and the market will determine the going price for them.Dont expect this to perform like a globe or hobart machine (which new run 3-5k) however you can expect this slicer to perform much better than the junk smaller slicers sold at cabelas and all over on amazon for $100 etc.overall, It works. It performs ok, and as long as you are careful, and run it properly, it should accomplish any of your needs. It is not meant for cutting FROZEN solid meat, however I find that it slices softer foods much cleaner and neater when they are semi frozen, just on the cusp of being hard, but still pliable enough for the blade to cut through with little effort.I have other slicers priced slightly higher, that have better sharpening stone systems, better housings and covers that are easier to take apart and clean, and a bit tighter tolerances on the moving parts. So this slicer, given its slightly lower price is as expected.

Overall happy for a home slicer. If you are planning to use it commercially not sure how it would hold up.

My ONLY complaint is that the blade housing make slicing bread with this difficult. There are bolts that prevent a smooth transition from loaf to the back of the blade without getting "hung up." It is necessary to bend the bread, prior to reaching that point... Meats, on the other hand, naturally fall away from the bolt heads, making a smooth, clean cut. For the amount of power this motor has, it is whisper quiet. I HIGHLY recommend this for any foods that are not "stiff" for cutting.
