Step 1
Wash and prepare the meat (defrost at least 80% before using the meat tenderiser, not for bones).

Step 2
Set to speed 4. Place the meat in the tenderiser and let go.

Step 3
Keep your fingers a safe distance from the blades during use.

Step 4
When finished, wash in dishwasher or hand brush with soapy warm water.

So far I am very pleased with this meat tenderizer. I use it to tenderizer our Vension. You do need to be careful and not cut thick slices. Is very easy to clean after you get done. I give it a Big ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

This meat tenderizer attachment is a solid addition to my KitchenAid stand mixer. It’s easy to attach and use, and the stainless steel gears feel durable. It does a great job tenderizing tougher cuts of meat, making them more flavorful and easier to cook.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that cleaning can be a bit tricky, especially around the gears. It would be even better if it were easier to disassemble for thorough cleaning.Overall, a great tool for home cooks who want to improve the texture of their meats with minimal effort!
