The oval mattress fits perfect in the bassinet. The bassinet came with a very thin layer of padding, very thin. I replaced it with this oval mattress. This bassinet matress is thick enough, very cushiony and soft, feels like memory foam but sturdy enough for a baby. The waterproof cover is great, soft, easy to clean and very pretty. I will definitely check out their other products. This was an excellent buy and worth the money!!

Before we got this one jr would wake up as soon as we put him in his bassinet. He would fall asleep on our mattress but wake up pissed about the old bassinet mattress. Now he stays sleep when we put him on this one. We also used king sized silk pillowcases as sheets

I put a curl the sheet on and put it in our dog stroller and it is so nice!

My only complaint is that the bag it came in had someone's hair on it. My baby loves it and now sleeps really well!
