These mounts hold your speaker grill on with confidence . I used on a subwoofer cabinet . The bass doesn't make the grill come off . holds firmly. To make hole position accurately . Make your grill frame and drill 1/8" holes on a drill press to keep the hole perpendicular to the face. Then transfer the grill frame holes to your speaker cabinet face. Now your fasteners will all line up . You will now have the 1/8' holes to open up to the size, to press fasteners into the mount holes.

I really liked installing these and using them to hold the framed screen for a pair of speakers and bass speaker I had made. The only thing I did not like was the size of hole I had to drill in the face of the speakers to fit the rubber female socket. Other than that, the male post is metal and chromed and the female socket is rubber and holds the pins in securely.

Excellent quality product. Very useful for front grill support when making custom tower speaker boxes.
