2024 Gladiator with remote start. Tight fit and mechanical key “switchblades out†smoothly. Switches on key are covered (protected) by a clear plastic panel that does not seem to hinder their operation.

The new Jeep Gladiator has one big key fob flaw. There is this big protruding silver button that causes the manual key to pop out like a sharp switchblade knife if you barely look at it. I was getting tired fast of getting poked and ripping a hole in my pants from the stupid thing.So, on a forum saw some guy mention this and came and found it here on Amazon not too expensive and I am a happy camper as it covers that little silver button so it does NOT protrude from the fob while still making it easy enough to push the button if you need it. That manual key hasn't popped out once since I got it and the buttons all work just as easy as the bare fob.AND, it actually looks good too, much better than the Fob black. My wife said get the red so you can find your darn keys since you spend 15 minutes a day doing that and she was right (again).
