My baby always liked the shape and feel of these nipples and she us quite the particular baby! I originally bought these to have extra and they have held up beautifully in the past and are currently. The only tiny issue I found is my baby's suction is so strong I may need to up the nipple flow now as she can suck these ones flat!Not the nipples issue at all just that my baby is getting bigger.She's breastfed so I thought these would be fine as an actual nipple doesn't change flow sizes, but it looks like it's time to up the bottle nipple flow!With that being said, you may want a size flow up (or the correct size according to their age) if your baby us beyond the recommended age of 4months.

My son has trouble with the flow of milk, as he likes to stop and take little pauses and ends up choking. Slow flow could be a little slower.

Works perfect with the bottles that come with the medela pump, very simple to assemble and my daughter absolutely loves them. She drinks better with the medela bottles than the phillip avent bottles. Easy to clean and worth every penny.
