This product has been life changing for my family. My 6-year-old son is a very heavy sleeper and wears night time pull on diapers still. Because he's an older child, he really gushes when he has an accident. I always keep a waterproof pad under him, but even with the diapers he was leaking through several nights a week. And I was washing blankets and waterproof pads several times a week. I bought these out of desperation, because I knew there had to be something that would work for him. From the first night, no leaks! I can't tell you how much time these are going to save me, as well as cutting down on the wear and tear of washing bedding so often. He says they are comfortable too. Now if only I can get him to stay dry all night!

These absorb a lot but seem to open up and start spilling the absorbing material into the diaper and sticks to you when you take the diaper off.

Good pads. I leave most of the adhesive tab on, just tear off the ends, so that if the diaper remains dry underneath, the diaper can be kept on and just the pad replaced

I purchased these hoping that my mom would wake up without her clothes and bedding soaked through. I have purchased them again and will continue to do so because without them she would be miserable and they work great.She wears the disposable pants with a thinner booster pad during the day which works well but at night I find the best way to keep her dry is to start with the overnight pants, the thinner pad and then the medium booster pads and this works well.I would recommend these to anyone with incontinence issues.

I like that these absorb some of the urine and allow the excess to pass through onto the next pad but Thought these would keep the urine inside the PADDED pants along with a mega pad that I use under these, so 3 pads thick and still leak onto the bed liner AND up her back during the night. I looked for some kind of gel pads that would actually HOLD the liquid but can't find anywhere. This is insanity. Wish I had the means to invent my own product that would make life easier for caregivers and that would make me a billionaire because I know exactly what is needed but oh well! Ain't going to happen. I give up.
