The Med/Surg Brain Sheet Report Notebook is great and helps me get through my medical surgical clinical for nursing school. It includes all of the essential categories for gathering patient information and has plenty of room for other notes. It also came with a resourceful medical cheat sheet that includes important lab values, vital signs, ECG waves, medications and more. This product is a great purchase and is well worth it for the price. I highly recommend it!

Much more organized than other brain sheets I’ve used. No extra distractions and clutter. Also have a lot of room to write, which keeps everything legible/organized inside the boxes. The task checklist with fill-in time slots keeps me on point. Love the large section to write misc. notes.

I’m in my Med/Surg II clinical for nursing school and this notebook has been great addition for keeping organized and giving report. It lets me add all the information I need to give a good report and show that I really do know my patient from top to bottom! My teacher really liked it too and said that if it helps me stay organized, which it did, then I should keep using it to stay on top of important tasks! The pages are perforated which makes it easy to tear out and put in the shred bin at the end of the day to protect patient privacy!It also came with a quick reference guide that I cut down and taped to the inside cover. It has information like lab values, including ABGs, abnormal ABG findings, common conversions, and signs for SIRS, sepsis, and septic shock. It also has badge ID cards that have the same kind of information but are kept right on your badge for easy referencing.

This medsurg brainsheet will be very helpful for me on the floor since acuity on the unit is very high. This notebook will be beneficial in organizing my notes and carry out safe and effective nursing care for my patients.

One of my favorite purchases, going to be very helpful during clinical! There is a lot of information included as well as helpful tips while recording assessment data. Very thorough!
