they come in long strands of different thicknesses. it was hard to choose which would work best for me - with weight fluctuation my rings have become very loose so it does what it needs to to an extent. it is comfortable, wrapping the rings and then cutting excess is ok but you want to make sure you put enough on so it doesn’t constantly unroll itself and come off (my mistake). my rings still move a big bit that may just be user error/choosing the wrong size. it’s not noticeable from the outer hand which is nice and it’s a good price and has been very durable which is a plus.

These work somewhat. There's no directions. The clear spring like plastic material is wrapped around ring for sizing and cut to size. It didn't stay on during sleep. It was okay for daytime.

I cut on of the pieces into a small piece to put on my ring and thats all I needed. The ring no longer shifts on my finger and there is no irritation from the adjuster.

These ring guards are so easy to wrap around your rings that are constantly turning on your finger. You can use a lot of the winding circles or just a few. You can cut off the excess. They are sent in several variety of sizes-small, thick, medium. Worth the money,too. Gilda Hayner

Wenn der Ring nur ein oder zwei Tage passen soll, dann sicherlich eine super Lösung. Auf Dauer ist es allerdings echt störend.Habe ihn dann doch zum Juwelier gegeben.
