Size 4-5 fit my 5 year old great, but not much of difference for my 8 year old size 7-8 would definitely upsize to next size for the length.My girls are petite, but 7-8 seemed more like a 6.Otherwise super cute and cozy, keeps you warm.

Overalls are true to size. My 11-year-old is a Medium in tops and bottoms. I ordered size 10-12, and they fit like a glove. I've already washed them twice, and they have come out looking new, with no pilling. Super cute and adjustable straps means we'll get more life out of them.
