I purchased the size 13-14 for my daughter who is almost 12 and is wearing size 12/14 clothes from Cat & Jack at Target. It fits well and looks really nice. Accomplished the goal of a nicer winter coat for concerts and church.

I have yet to try it on my child, but it is a beautiful coat, but the sizing on most things on Amazon, due to them being made overseas, they tend to run much smaller than when made in USA. The size chart doesn't help much because it often doesn't translate to US measurements well, or they just don't bother. It is infuriating to me. I have just about given up on ordering anything from Amazon if made in China or elsewhere. It seems when I even follow the measurements it is tight. Order at your own risk or size up one.
