I've recently been opened up to the realm of Meinl after I bought their Classics Custom Dark cymbal pack, a Classics Custom splash, trash china, and now this 12inch trash stack. This stack is all you need and more for the quality and price. Beautifully crafted, and even more beautifully sounding. It has a very nice quick attack and sounds way better than just two pieces of metal bashing into each other like you get out of some low end stacks (hey, maybe that's what you're looking for). You can articulate very well with this cymbal as a part of your kit... add some accents and ghost notes to the stack in some grooves and oooooh man. Overall amazing cymbals that give you that much more musical expression. Thank you yet again Meinl.

Been a stacker fan since I heard Portnoy's stack on Falling Into infinity. I like it. It's quick, and easy. I'm going to get the larger stack, too. For the price this is really great. No need to buy. $500 stacker. My ear is caught by Anika Niles and Matt Garstka. This, surprisingly, kinda has that tone and speed.
