This 6.35mm TS to banana plug speaker cable is designed to fit the speaker cable with a 1/4 TS plug onto a universal terminal.

Exactly the cords that I needed so that I could hook up my PA speakers to my surround sound receiver. A very good quality wire so far it has provided a great sound.

These are very good quality cables. High quality and highly flexible PVC jacket. Not cheap stiff junk.As a bonus for the audiophile these speaker cables are shielded (I checked), which bypasses the need for a full Faraday cage around your home, to ensure a pristine and uncolored tickling of the tympanic membrane.While some audiophiles are staunch advocates of unshielded loudspeaker wire, claiming that the shielding affects the overall tone due to quantum fluctuations in the Higgs field near the speaker binding posts; I dare any lowly common music listener to discern a difference.With all that out in the open, these are good cables. Banana plugs fit snugly, although the jacket wants to slide off when plugging and unplugging. The 1/4" male protuberance is of acceptable quality and soldering is neat and very well done.Be sure to check the tightness of the set screw on the banana plugs. One of mine was not really tight enough.Synopsis; Great cables for the money. If you think you need a more expensive/ "better" cable, it's probably due to the ingestion of too much audiophile nonsense.

These were just what I ordered and I have no complaints, due to my current configuration of speakers right next to the amplifier. However I will be ordering a longer set of cable soon so that I might have some options on speaker placement in the listening room.

I didn't see the wire gauge in the product description, but the actual wire looks to be about 14 AWG.
