I have not used this bag as it was purchased for emergency use. The unit is much smaller than anticipated with a thin Mylar sleeping bag. The whistle a good add on feature and the bag would be very light to carry, making it mainly useful for an emergency situation. In fairness, I gave it a four star since I have not used it, but would compare more thoroughly with other bags if I was purchasing again.
