I used this as an activity to keep my daughter busy on a plane ride. This kept her busy. It was easy enough for her to cut the tape without scissors. There are three different color tapes to work with.

This is a great kit! We actually ordered more tape when she finished this book because she had a ton of fun just creating with the left over tape! This book kept her busy for a solid hour twice on 2 separate flights. It was easy enough for her to do on her own but still challenging enough to keep her happy. It also held up in my very full, very tossed around backpack!

Love this activity book for a 4 1/2year old. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the tape was hard for a 4 1/2 year old to tear off so an adult has to help. It would’ve been nice if it was easier to tear off so it could be an independent activity. Also a lot of tape was wasted due to this and there was not enough left at the end for all of the pages. But otherwise if an adult is able to help tearing off the tape then it was a great hit!

I am not sure what I was expecting with this activity book but it was just ok. The tape is in a thin plastic at the bottom of the book and of course as soon as my kids took the tape out, the plastic was off so the tape was just loose which on a plane isn't the best idea as it just ends up on the floor or rolling around. I think a redesign where the tape is somehow more permanently attached to the activity book itself or where the plastic acts more like storage for the tape would be a great improvement. My kids were entertained for about 10-15 minutes but then were over it.

My 4 year old spent 4+ hours putting the tape on and taking the tape off on recent cross country flights. He did have a hard time ripping the tape, so we helped but it was totally worth it. This morning at home, he's taking it off again. I would buy extra washi tape (make sure it's thin) because the set that comes with it is only enough for one round. Best money we've spent in awhile.

This is a fun and different activity that my kids really enjoyed. I got these for our airplane ride and they worked really well for that. Something different than screen etc. My 2 1/2 and 5 year olds both enjoyed them.
