This is a beauty.I got tired of crappy Walmart curtains and sprang for this one. It's worth the extra price.It looks and feels luxurious. Extremely thick. Phenomenal job blocking light and keeping the heating/ cooling bills down. I love these so much that I will be bringing them with me when I move internationally.Gorgeous color, lovely construction, dense, accurate size--just fantastic. Could not recommend enough for those who like living in caves.

This is definitely my best Amazon purchase ever, and may be one of the best purchases I have ever made under $200. I think these are comparable in quality and beauty to curtains we got custom-made for our dining room that cost over $3,000.I bought these curtains to serve as a divide between our master bathroom and master bedroom, which curtainly has no door. There is also a skylight in the bathroom, so TONS of light comes through the opening and is very disruptive in the early mornings! These are 1005 blackout - I can honestly say absolutely NO light penetrates through these curtains while I have them closed. I have different curtains on the 3 windows in our bedroom and can see a huge difference in the amount of light that the supposed "blackout" curtains I got at Target let in compared to these. I have woken up every day this week thinking it's much earlier in the morning than it actually is, because of how much darker our room is with these curtains!The pictures of these curtains are very much representative of how they look in real life. They are just absolutely, jaw-droppingly, gorgeous. Every time I walk into my bedroom, I am excited to see them because they are just so stunning. The teal color, finish of the velvet, pom-pom lining, and ruffle-like detail at the top are all features that just make them look so unique. If I didn't know how much these cost, I would guess they were very expensive and frankly never would have guessed something so unique and high quality would come from Amazon.I cannot speak to longevity because I have only had them one week. But the fabric is very thick and heavy, and the pom-poms seem well-adhered to the fabric.I am considering replacing all our existing curtains in our master bedroom with these and cannot recommend them enough.UPDATE, ONE WEEK LATER: two of the pom-poms have already fallen off one of the curtain panels, even though I have been very careful with opening and closing them. I am keeping my review at 5 stars, because Amazon is sending me a replacement set at no cost and letting me keep the original set. However, I would recommend being ultra careful with opening/closing the curtains, and I would also be careful with the kind of tiebacks or wall holders you use. I would recommend magnetic tiebacks as opposed to pulling them back with something installed on the wall.

These are very classy, very elegant drapes. Heavy and thick, they hang beautifully and look so fancy and rich in semy dining room. They arrived early in perfect condition and I was able hang them directly out of the box- no wrinkles, no problems. Every thing appears to be in order, no loose or stray threads, the hems are straight, length is true. I haven't had any problems with the pom poms yet and I have 2 cats. Before taking these out of the plastic, I thought they looked too dark, but once they were hung I saw that they are indeed a lovely dusty pink, truly very classy. They are so nice that I ordered another pair in red for another room. Hopefully those are just as nice.

These are a great value for the money and I hung them immediately even without the curtain rods I ultimately want them on. These have some specific drawbacks. They are a beautiful teal but light shines through red?!?? (See pics.) They’re also not really light blocking, the liner is gray not white, and they attract lint and pet hair which may be a problem if they’re hung puddled. They look great though and these drawbacks don’t bother me. These are quite heavy. They look and feel luxurious. I ordered ties because I didn’t realize they came with ties of their own. I like the fancy ties (Bel Avenir Gold tassel ties) I ordered though and will hang them with those. I think they also need hooks for the ties so the curtains hang properly. If you use the button it comes with they don’t hang right (they pull in to the center).

Update: I rated these 5 stars before I packed them up to return them, at which point several pompoms fell off. I was not rough with them. You get what you pay for, so be prepared to reattach pompoms to these affordable curtains. I'd still recommend them with that caveat.---I returned these because they were not the right color or length for my needs once I saw them in the space. I would maybe buy them again if there more color options and lengths, though. The width of each panel is a luxurious 100". The fabric is great--not so heavy that it'll pull down your curtain rods, but it hangs nicely. The pompom trim is substantial and well-proportioned to the curtain. As curtain panels on their own, they are great. If you want to get creative and drape them in different configurations, they will look like a custom window treatment for a fraction of the price.
