I bought these out of disgust for other brands that forever seem to have reviews of the swivel falling apart on the hasps. I was originally looking for a decent set of suspenders just for daily use on my pants connected to the belt loops in an "X" pattern. After having seen so many with reviews of customers having them fall apart I decided to look for a tool belt suspenders instead.Only problem then was people having reviews complaining that they were too short even when fully adjusted out.What sold me on giving these a try was one of the pictures from the manufacturer shows them being used double duty as regular suspenders with the hasps hooked to the belt loop of the pants. I'm 6 foot tall and after adjusting them to where I need them there's still plenty of adjustment left for anyone who's taller or has a bigger belly.I can use these with the supplied web loops on a belt or connected strait to the belt loops. They're comfortable to wear and if you don't need the additional pads on the shoulders they simply are removed by pulling back the Velcro flaps. If you do use the pads they are fully adjustable to whatever position you want them in.The back of the suspenders has elastic for stretch comfort while moving or sitting and the front is regular webbing. Adjustment slide buckles hold firmly. I'm using them every day as normal daily attire and no complaints. Looks good, does the job, and presentable. If that happens to change down the road I'll be sure to make a stink about it, but so far I don't see any problems.

These are much more comfortable than the 4 strap version, although I don't think it will hold as much weight. They are very adjustable which is nice but I'm not sure how long they will last with the lower quality clips. But for under $20 what can I expect, overall a quality product will buy again if these last for a reasonable amount of time.

I am forcing these suspenders to keep my pants up despite the relentless pressure put on them by my girth and gravity.I have a love/hate relationship with suspenders going back at least three decades, four if you count my ironworker period where, though I was half the man that I am now I made up for it with spud wrenches, bull pins, un petite marteau.I have had the full spectrum, leather, cloth, clamp on, button eared and, like this type, belt loop. They all have plusses and minuses. Too many minuses at the end of the day so I have gone years buying new belts every month or two since no cowhide yet provided can withstand the mighty belly. That revolving door was better than the suspender wars.Maybe this time I am getting a leg up on pants down. This pair is rugged. The stitched belt loops is much preferable to any version that is made to come undone from around your belt. So far the elastic has not lost it's capacity to hold me in check. The hardware is not industrial grade but I believe the elastic will lose it's bounce before the metal bits fail. We'll see.I tried to leave the shoulder pillows in place. Eventually the inconvenience of having to realign them and untwist the suspender straps every time I was compelled to take my pants down got the best of me. I'm 65. Getting my pants down is a compulsory activity for me more often than I care to count. It was the right thing to do losing the shoulder pillows. I have no more uncomfortable a feeling at my shoulders than I had when the pillows were in place and the battle to redress is now a minor skirmish.So yeah, a qualified win. I'm suspicious that these too will let me down but we're in that honeymoon period where I'm just happy to have them hanging all over me. We'll see if the pressure gets to be too much for them or I get sick of the entanglement.

My hubby is fluffy and has no keester. His belt just doesn't do the job and most other suspenders are too narrow, they dig into his shoulders and lose their stretch in no time flat. I ordered him a pair of these and within a week he was so thrilled with them he asked me to order a second pair, so I did. A week later my father-in-law asked me to order him a pair. We are very pleased with these nice broad straps, and how they fit on the shoulders, they keep from cutting and digging in. They won't lose their stretch because they're all nylon except for the back portion where they have a little bit of stretch. The belt hoops that you loop your belt through will keep these from falling apart and ripping out belt loops on your pants. They are sturdy comfortable and exactly what my husband had been looking for. My father-in-law loves the padded shoulder thing as well. My husband did not like that, so he cut them off, but my father-in-law still has them on his. They help with his bad shoulders hes had surgery on. All around these are great suspenders they are well worth the price.

Yeah, these suspenders are pretty cool! They're really quite sturdy, & comfortable. They shipped quick too. I got these for my pouches, but thought about hooking them to my saddle harness for climbing trees one afternoon during a brain storm. Yep, good call. Waaaay better. I can jump into my harness a ton easier. I wouldn't mind having a couple more sets just hangin around for future brain storms. Thanks Amazon. You guys just about have me ordering Everything. I go into big box, & auto parts stores that often don't have what I went to town for, & say they can order my parts or items. It's easier & faster just to buy from Amazon.

Shoulder strap minimum length is too large for my frame and does not suspend as much belt weight as I would like. At 5'10" and 160lbs, I'm not exactly tiny but I must conclude not large enough for this product. It does still reduce waist sag but not ideally, especially with a heavily loaded tool belt.

Spreads weight across shoulders, then attached to web belt, which attaches to fishing waders. More secure that just belt and waders
