It was absolutely beautiful. Our church got it for one of our members. She had lost her brother and she absolutely loved it. It was shipped gray. Nothing was wrong. I don't remember how tall it was but it sure was beautiful and we received it very fast. Thank you!.

I sent the “In Loving Memory†lantern to a coworker/friend for the loss of her grandmother. It is a beautiful lantern/memento that has really pretty flowers and butterfly’s on the front, and it even came with a heartfelt poem (see pictures). The price is fair for the quality, size, and look of the lantern. My co-worker loved it; however, the glass on the lantern was broken when she received it. The outer Amazon shipping box was in great shape, but the inner box that the lantern was in was not, which makes me believe the lantern/box was already broken when it was placed inside the Amazon box to ship. There were pieces of white packing everywhere, even inside the lantern where the candle sits. I attempted to do a replacement order through the Amazon app, but it only gave me the option to return the original lantern first before I could order the replacement. I didn’t want my grieving co-worker/friend to have to go through all the trouble of having to return it, so I contacted Amazon customer service. The person I spoke with was very helpful, and he had a replacement lantern sent. The best part is that my friend does NOT have to deal with the inconvenience of returning the original. All in all, the lantern is gorgeous and I would most definitely buy it again. I just wish it wouldn’t have been broken when she got it….but at least Amazon made it right. For that, I am grateful!
