The costume fits the entire body including hands and feet with a zipper in the back. My son said it was easy to breathe and see out of.

I bought a Med (with the eyes) for my 12 yr old son. Hes about 5'2" and approx 90-100lbs. Its only slightly baggy on him if he has little to no clothes on, but you can see through it enough to see someone's under clothes, and hiding regular clothes underneath it is difficult as clothes wad up and get bunchy) and the costume is not forgiving in that dept. I gave it a 5 because He absolutely loves it regardless and wears it often, but best for kids!
