This item was bought in May, it has begun to unravel will soon break. I have reached out to the seller in hopes for a replacement.August 19, 2023 UpdateThe owner did as they said.Seller sent a replacement bracelet!!! Customer service is excellent!!! Hopefully, this one will last!!

I purchased this awesome braclet for my son with his two childrens name on it and my son loved it. The quality of this this braclet was great and the price of the braclet was just as awesome. So if you need a special gift for your childrens awesome dad this is it!

I bought this as a present for my boyfriend for Father's Day with his children's initials. It's really cute and masculine, it's a good size as well. I gave it 3 stars because the clasp is magnetic, which makes it easy to pop off and within 24 hours it broke. I contacted the company and they sent me a new band immediately. He doesn't wear it at all though because the clasp opens so easily.

I wasn’t sure about this for my husband. I had our grandkids names put on them. It was a great gift. It is very durable. He wears it all the time. It has been worn many times in the pool and hot tub and he’s had no issues. It looks just like new.

This bracelet seemed lovely at first, but the quality was disappointing, and customer service was unhelpful. The bracelet doesn’t stay tightened and falls apart when handled. Some parts don’t seem like they’re made correctly. When I requested help and a refund, customer service was very difficult to work with, and I only received a 10% refund in the end, which amounted to a couple of dollars. While I appreciate getting something back, I’m still very disappointed since I can’t wear or gift the bracelet as planned. I was especially looking forward to giving it to my dad.
